چکیده

Mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) is an important component of the signal transduction pathway, which plays roles in regulating plant growth and development, abiotic stress. Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) one most popular tuber crops world. Genome-wide identification analysis MAPK MAPKK gene family potato not clear. A total 20 genes 8 were identified genome. conservative motif showed that contained a typical TxY phosphorylation site, characteristic S/T-x5-S/T. Phylogenetic (mitogen-activated kinase) similar to Arabidopsis, including four groups members A, B, C D. Gene structure promoter sequence all 28 Solanum (StMAPK) StMAPKK have coding regions (CDS), same group intron exon compositions, cis-acting elements upstream promoters related stress response. Chromosome location found MAPKs unevenly distributed on 11 chromosomes, while MAPKKs only chromosomes Chr. 03 12. Collinearity StMAPKK3 StMAPKK6 common ancestors among potato, pepper, tomato. qRT-PCR results relative expressions StMAPK14 StMAPKK2 significantly upregulated under low-temperature These could provide new insights into characteristics evolution StMAPK facilitate further exploration molecular mechanism responsible for responses.

Genome-Wide Identification and Analysis of MAPK and MAPKK Gene Families in Brachypodium distachyon

MAPK cascades are universal signal transduction modules and play important roles in plant growth, development and in response to a variety of biotic and abiotic stresses. Although MAPKs and MAPKKs have been systematically investigated in several plant species including Arabidopsis, rice and poplar, no systematic analysis has been conducted in the emerging monocot model plant Brachypodium distac...

Genome-Wide Identification and Analysis of MAPK and MAPKK Gene Families in Bread Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)

The mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) cascade is a universal signal transduction module that plays a vital role in regulating growth and development, as well as environmental stress responses in plants. Wheat is one of the most important crops worldwide. Although the MAPK kinase kinase (MAP3K) family in wheat has been investigated, the MAPK and MAPK kinase (MAP2K) gene families remain unk...

Genome-Wide Identification of MAPKK and MAPKKK Gene Families in Tomato and Transcriptional Profiling Analysis during Development and Stress Response

Mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) cascades have important functions in plant growth, development, and response to various stresses. The MAPKK and MAPKKK gene families in tomato have never been systematically analyzed. In this study, we performed a genome-wide analysis of the MAPKK and MAPKKK gene families in tomato and identified 5 MAPKK genes and 89 MAPKKK genes. Phylogenetic analyses of...
